NEW from Tarifica - Middle East Tariff Benchmark Service
London, Monday 21st November 2005: Tarifica, the international pricing consultancy, has today launched a new tariff benchmarking service covering the Middle East adding to its existing European fixed and mobile benchmarking services.
The Middle East Telecom sector has experienced accelerated growth in the last five years. Markets such as Bahrain, Jordan, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates have recently opened the telecom sector to full competition allowing for further investment in the region, which can be expected to create additional changes. Egypt, Oman and Qatar are yet to be fully liberalised.
Tarifica’s Middle East Tariff Benchmark Service compares prices of local, national, and international telephony services, ISDN, ADSL as well as national and international leased lines prices. Furthermore the service provides basket analysis. Operators in Bahrain, Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates are covered. Key market information will also be available with South Africa, Morocco and the EU average included in the report for comparison purposes.
The Middle East Benchmarking report is available at a special launch publication rate of GBP 1,995 for a 1-year subscription from Tarifica with quarterly updates.
