Global Tariffs Consultancy Tarifica Announces Key Organizational Changes
PR Web London, UK June 12, 2006 Global tariffs consultancy Tarifica, part of The Telecom Intelligence Group, today announced two major organizational changes. John Lilley, Director of EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) for the group is now also Group Publisher for Tarifica. In addition, Robbert Ruigrok has been hired as Account Manager for Tarifica.

John Lilley is now responsible for all aspects of The Telecom Intelligence Group’s business in the region including product development, marketing, research and sales. He has over 15 years of international experience as a trusted advisor, strategic consultant and industry commentator on next generation telecommunications services.
Prior to joining Access Intelligence, Mr. Lilley was Sector Vice President, Communications, at Gartner. In this global company-wide role, he led business development and sales efforts amongst a client base that included the world’s leading telecommunications operators, equipment manufacturers, broadcasters and media companies. Mr. Lilley specialized in working with the leadership teams of fixed and mobile operators in Asia-Pacific and Europe. In his nine-year tenure with Gartner, Mr. Lilley held a variety of other senior positions including Director, European Telecommunications Group and Chief Analyst Worldwide for Public Network Services.
Robbert Ruigrok brings to The Telecom Intelligence Group a wealth of experience working with telecommunications operators, regulators and equipment vendors. He joins from Frost & Sullivan where he was Strategic Account Manager for telecommunications and IT accounts. Before that he spent eight successful years with Gartner in a variety of sales and account management roles.
