Biography
Dave is the Director of IP Service Delivery Service Assurance for Bell Canada. Dave is responsible for providing IP layer 2 to 7 test tools and solutions to a Multi Tiered Help Desk and Test Center environment. Dave is responsible to ensure that the proper test vendor capabilities provide the value add solutions required to allow Bell Canada to proactively and reactively manage the IP Triple Play arena end to end.
Dave has been with Bell Canada for 27 years. Working through the ranks which began back in 1979 in the Head Quarters of Technology Development where he worked to help design and test potential products and service offerings.
Over the years Dave has worked with Fixed Line, Leased Line, ISDN, Centrex, PRI and xDSL technologies. Dave provides expertise in the technical design and capabilities of deployed Network Elements within Bell Canada to better realize the test requirements and feature requests demanded for the IP Service Deliveries of Triple Play.
