A report/analysis covering global volume shipments and revenues of Voice and Unified Messaging CPE.  The report also includes shipments by size category for all manufacturers in all regions.

This study analyzes results from 18 major manufacturers on a global basis. The report includes:

  • Total messaging mailboxes and subtotals/market-share percentages for voice-only and unified messaging mailboxes by manufacturer
  • Manufacturer revenues for total messaging mailboxes and subtotals/market-share percentages for voice-only and unified messaging mailboxes
  • Shipments in terms of mailboxes and systems broken out by size category for all manufacturers in all regions
  • Messaging mailbox attach rates (comparing telephony line shipments to shipments of associated mailboxes)
