Jeanine M. Sterling
Vice President
jsterling@accessintel.com

Jeanine Sterling is Vice President and Senior Program Director for the re-launched InfoTrack for Enterprise Mobility program, with responsibility for intelligence and analysis focused on mobile and wireless communications in the enterprise workplace.

Jeanine joined InfoTech in 1994 as a Senior Consultant and strategic marketing professional. As such, she provided custom consulting across a wide range of business technology issues, typically honing in on the marketing implications of in-depth customer, competitor, and channel research.

She brings over 19 years of experience in the telecommunications and IT industries – including a number of management positions with AT&T and the former Michigan Bell.  Key responsibilities have included product, pricing, and marketing management.  Jeanine had the distinction of managing the first major post-divestiture re-pricing of AT&T's $1 billion consumer leased telephone base, which resulted in $150 million in annual incremental revenue.

Ongoing areas of specialization include customer needs analysis, win/loss research, and competitor intelligence.

Jeanine earned an MBA in Marketing from Wayne State University in Detroit, and a BA in English from the University of Notre Dame.
