Michael T. (Mike) O’Neill is Vice President and Publisher, The Telecom Intelligence Group for Access Intelligence. Access Intelligence (www.accessintel.com) is a b-to-b media and information company headquartered in Rockville, MD, serving the chemical, defense, satellite, aviation, cable, telecommunications, media and public relations markets. The Telecom Intelligence Group includes: InfoTech, market intelligence provider and publisher of InfoTracks programs; TelecomWeb, the leading online source for business news, market research and competitive analysis on the global communications industry, which recently launched a daily news service; pricing consultancy Tarifica; subscription news services such as Inside Digital TV and Wireless Business Forecast; and the Web-based product database TelecomTactics.

O'Neill was most recently Group Vice President for the Tier One organization at IT research and advisory leader Gartner, Inc. where he was responsible for business development, sales and service to the company's largest and most strategic global clients.

In 2000, O’Neill was part of the executive team at IntraLinks, a web based application services company for the financial services industry. Prior to IntraLinks, O’Neill worked at Phillips Business Information, Inc., the largest business-to-business newsletter and magazine publisher in the world, where he led the development and launch of the company's online delivery service and Internet publishing initiatives, which quickly became the fastest growing and most profitable sales channel across Phillips publishing.

O’Neill also held sales and marketing roles within McGraw-Hill’s Aviation/Aerospace Online and the Aviation Week Group, where he became the company’s first employee to develop, prototype and sell their electronic publishing Internet delivery service. He also played a key role in negotiating a major agreement that delivered McGraw-Hill’s services to the Federal Government.

O’Neill received his bachelor's degree in business from the University of Maryland and did Graduate work in Aeronautic Engineering at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
